Is vpn server traffic available to special services?
The client goes to the vpn server, and the server in turn sends data to the site. So what prevents special services from reading server vpn data and matching connections to calculate the true ip of the client?

Absolutely nothing.
The whole point is in traffic encryption.
And yes, free "Super duper VPN for your browser!" merge data with a whistle.

Only they don’t need extra work - any working VPN provider will leak all the necessary logs to them anyway - because this is a condition for its work in this country :) So, using a "free" (and paid too) VPN - you do It’s only worse for yourself if the state is in the offender’s model - it will immediately write out a black mark for you.
