I want to set up Double vpn RU via SWLAND (via OVPN or there are better options) on my home PC and separate the systems, one via vpn and the other on the personal ip of the provider
. What is safer virtual machine with OS inside or separately installed?
For example, I will go to the second OS via vpn and at that time Windows (the second OS) will start updating or something will be loaded from MS servers and my real ip will be set on fire, is this possible or did I come up with?

No way. The log where you went is always with the provider. If you are interested, then when you see a VPN, a proxy, a hoster there, they will simply come to you to "talk" (or invite you to their place) - and you yourself, voluntarily and with a song , will tell you everything. And to protect yourself from a neighbor / wife / employer, a regular VPN is enough (on your VPS)
