The minimum temperature of the processor during idle 4 - 7 ° C is this normal?
I bought an AMD FX-4170 processor and a good tower cooler. The temperature during downtime is kept at 4 - 7 ° C. Is this temperature normal for the processor to work during idle time (for example, if it is loaded by 3 - 6%)?

Well, in general, most CPUs are able to work at their temperature from -20 to +120 Celsius. In the region of a hundred, they are usually cut down by automation, perhaps.
If it does not drop below zero and you are not going to keep the car turned off often, you can only rejoice. And yes, please share your cooler model) Even the hydra at full power did not produce this on low-voltage processors.
Of course, all this is provided that the temperature is taken correctly, and not the sensors are buggy.
For the sake of interest, do this experiment (do not be afraid, it is almost safe):
1) Remove such a cool cooler for famous mothers.
2) Power on and enter CMOS.
3) Check the temperature. Must rise.
You can additionally use a subjective temperature difference sensor built into a person, and if you feel that the sensor is lying, then it is lying. Turn off. Remove the CPU and bring it to the warranty.
If it suddenly turns out that the cooler is cool, I beg you to leave a link here.
PS The temperature is quite normal and quite reachable with the help of air (homemade dropsy cannot see such things as their own ears). Air conditioners cool the air with ... air (to be rude)? In refrigerators, too, the compressor is not for beauty. My amazement is rather due to the fact that all my AMD overheated in idle time with good Zalmans (at 15% rpm).
I think it's suspiciously cold. I don’t even know how an air cooler can get a temperature below room temperature.
The computer is in a cool place and even in a draft. So the temperature around it in the evening is about 10°C.
I noticed that if the frequency rises during the load to the maximum and it is loaded by 30%, the temperature rises to ~ 17 ° C.
