The microphone in the discord is interrupted and phoning. What to do?

It is impossible to communicate in discord voice chats - the voice is constantly interrupted, half of the phrase is not heard. Attempts to turn on / off the noise and echo suppressor did not lead to anything.
On other resources (voice in VK, zoom, just a basic sound recording program) there is nothing like that - the sound may not be studio, but there are no interruptions, it is heard perfectly.
