The microphone creaks when starting the game, what should I do?

There is such a problem that when I start some games, my microphone adds some cod when talking to someone. I exit the game - everything is back to normal. From those ways that I found in Google - nothing helped. Are there any possible reasons for this?
Just tried to connect another microphone and it worked.
But if it's the microphone, how is it possible that it works great with other games and just idle? And only in very rare cases does such crap appear?
