The main file table is corrupted. How to recover?

I found an old hard drive here, it has 3 partitions, one of them does not work. chkdsk says it can't repair the master file table. I found a lot of instructions on the Internet, but they mainly lead to formatting the partition, and I would like to reanimate it and extract data from it. Because empty it has no value. MiniTool Partition Wizard shows the partition as ntfs and, accordingly, I can also see the file structure on it, but I can’t restore it in any way. What can be done?

3 sections, one of them does not work. chkdsk says it fails

In conditions when you need information from a disk, you are running a checkdisk in vain. It can easily crumble everything, "restoring" your partition to a state where there are simply no complaints about the partition. But there are files you need there or not - checkdisk'u on the drum.
Take R.saver, it's free and does not require installation: https://rlab.ru/tools/rsaver.html
Connect the disk to a working computer, unpack R.saver to another disk and do a full scan of the problematic one.
Those files for which the file system structures are in order will be restored as they were. Those for which the FS is damaged are in RAW recovery mode.
Save the recovery result to another disk too .
Restoring a partition to its original state is unlikely. Significantly more likely to worsen the situation. If you still decide to act this way, then first make a full sector-by-sector copy of the entire disk. In case of failure, you will work with her.

Merge data to another disk, format the broken disk.
