Some kind of demon got into my Macbook pro 13' late 2012 on Yosemite 10.10.2. The interface of the Mail application is gone. I did not find anything like this on the net, the pseudo-masters did not advise anything.

The application opens, I can send emails, but there is no mail window.

Reinstalled the system, to no avail.
Terminal didn't help either.
Deleted all accounts, no result.
There is one clue:

It seems that he left somewhere behind the displayed part.

There is such a utility called Flexiglass. Through it you can manage windows.
Try to enable control through hotkeys, and then, having made the mail window active, center it using hotkeys.
