How to fix blurry font in Mac OS?

Friends, after running many applications in mac os with 4 GB of RAM, the fonts in the menus and programs become blurry. How to fix? There are suspicions that this is due to the high load of various running applications. Maybe guesses are just guesses.

3) If this is a problem, then I will add one module to the free Kingmax DDR3L 1600 SO-DIMM 4Gb slot. Will it work so that the result is 8 GB of RAM. It has a frequency of 1600 Hz, and the manufacturer's website states that the module must be with "you can use SO-DIMM DDR3 SDRAM modules with a frequency of 1066 MHz and a capacity of 2 or 4 GB in each slot"
