The laptop does not turn on, but the indicators work!?

Previously, there were no reactions at all.
They took me to the SC, they said: the mother flew, it's better to buy a new one ...
I lay there for a couple of months, I decided to remove the hard drive. I took off the cover, and ... I thought to turn it on, and ras ..... the battery charge indicator came to life (orange). I try to turn it on, the on light (white) lights up for 3 seconds and turns off, nothing else.
I tried to start without a battery with the power supply turned on, the same thing (with a white light bulb).
Now it's charging.
What do you advise to do?
And the main question: did the mother fly?
I would like to fix it myself, if I can and if my mother is intact.
PS
In addition to the indicators, nothing else happens.
Notebook Lenovo G505
UPD
After charging for 20 minutes and several attempts to turn it on, the place where the processor is located became warm

Flash the bios with a programmer. If it does not help, then it will be cheaper to change the motherboard than to repair it.
Z.Y. It is not necessary to upload bios from the site to the microcircuit, but a dump from a working laptop. Usually posted on forums. In general, the question is not very correct, there is little data.

To begin with, try to change or just remove the hdd, wifi adapter, memory bar, if two are worth it, if you change one to another, remove the battery, if it doesn’t help then go to the service

"mother flew" - the verdict is so-so. The motherboard contains many elements. Some are relatively easy to fix, some are more difficult. Normal specialists will determine what exactly is faulty and whether repairs are appropriate. Without knowledge of the materiel and experience, the chances of fixing it yourself are very small. First you need to accurately diagnose the problem, and then fix it. It is unlikely that this will work the first time.

And what beech - model, etc.?
What indicators are still on?
In which SC did you wear it? And what did they do with him? Modet soldered a couple of conders just in case --- so that you come back ...
Or even worse, they fired up so that if you go to others - they should say the same diagnosis --- you need to work out the money for the diagnosis.
