No you can not. The Win7 that came with the laptop is the OEM version of the software that is tied to the laptop's motherboard. The computer in which you are going to use Win7 will not have a laptop motherboard, therefore, there cannot be an OEM Win7.

I'm not a lawyer, but I got the feeling that all the restrictions imposed by Microsoft (for example, imposing on me the use of Windows sold to me on only one laptop) are illegal in the Russian Federation and contrary to the Civil Code. Accordingly, if you are not too lazy, if anything, to defend your case in the court of the Russian Federation - use it. Another question is that when traveling abroad, problems may arise, because there are their own laws.
I am not ready to give links to specific articles of the Civil Code, but I have long been going to update my knowledge on this matter and write a short article.
In general, I eventually installed Ubuntu (before that, being a Windows user since version 3.0 since 1991) - and forgot all these licenses like a bad dream.

But I did exactly as you wrote. Demolished 7ku from the netbook, put bubuntu. And on the desktop I put the seven and scored the serial from the sticker. Works.
