The Internet on the computer disappears, is the reason in the router or computer?
For the fifth time the Internet on the computer has been lost for the last 2 days, the connection is restored only after a reboot, I can’t understand what is the reason, the Windows log writes the following:
DHCP server 192.168.1.1 refused to lease the IP address 192.168.1.242 to the network card with the network address 0x309C239D7043 (DHCP server sent a DHCPNACK message).
From this message, I understood that Mikrotik is to blame, since the poppy address matches the computer (30:9C:23:9D:70:43) this poppy is tied to the local address 192.168.1.242.
The next time the Internet was disconnected, I tried to restart the router, but it did not help, and after restarting the server everything was fine. Most importantly, another 25 computers are connected to this router, but everything is fine with them.
When I run network diagnostics on Windows, it says the DNS server is not available, access to the local network is preserved.
What is the problem, in the router or in the network card?

Change the IP address on the computer in the settings to another or automatic one.
Try updating your computer's drivers, and if it doesn't help, then follow these steps (I describe steps for 10):
RMB on the "Network" button \ open "Network and Internet Settings" \ find "Network and Sharing Center" \ LMB on network used (Most often the name is Ethernet\Properties\2 LMB over IP version 4(TCP/IPv4)\ and check the box "Use the following DNS server addresses:"\There you just do 8 . 8 . 8 . 8 on the first line , and on the second
8.8.4.4 Try it, maybe it will help
