The Internet drops periodically on the network, what's the matter?

There is a WiFi bridge through such Ubiquiti NanoStation M2 Loco equipment. Internet speed 100 Mbps
Further from the receiver along the patch cord to the hub and from it there are already 12 users. Everything was set up to working order. Everyone had enough speed.
But this week glitches began, periodically the Internet began to fall for all users, then the speed would drop, then it would stop working altogether, then after a few minutes it would be restored to full working capacity.
I checked the signal on the receiver: it shows the whole scale, as it was.
Where to dig and what to look, in view of my little experience, I do not know.
Who has any thoughts on this issue?

Hub (and even for 12 users)? That is, a stupid repeater (repeater) - a "hub", distributing the incoming "signal" of all ports, to all ports and clogging the entire width of the channels with this? Maybe a switch?
And what does the signal strength have to do with it, if, if there is a connection with the provider's equipment, there may be no access further?

look at the number of open connections). not every router is able to digest a full-fledged 100 megabit traffic. and here 150 for a waffle ... in fact, it won’t even get close to a hundred (fifty kopecks, it seems)
