The image disappears on the monitor. What could be the problem?

Hello. Help locate the source of the problem.
When you click on a link to a video on Youtube, the monitor goes blank for 1-2 seconds, then the image appears on the monitor and the video plays as it should. The monitor does not display any signal loss messages, but the indicator changes its color from white to orange, i.e. switches from Full Power Mode to Power Saving Mode, together with the appearance of the image, the indicator turns white again.
The problem is reproduced randomly, on dozens of videos it can appear a couple of times. Occurs both after switching to a video from a third-party resource via a link, and after switching inside Youtube itself. A similar situation occurs with videos played through the Vkontakte player. In the case of Vkontakte, it also occurs when autoplay is enabled in the feed.

Intel UHD630 GPU, driver version 27.20.100.8935 (rolled back to 27.20.100.8336 and 27.20.100.8681)
Google Chrome browser 87.0.4280.66
DP 1.2 connection interface (same for motherboard and monitor)
AOC U2790PQU monitor (4k mode) 60 Hz
OS - Windows 10 20H2

When connected to a monitor via HDMI from three different devices with different graphics accelerators (including UHD630), there is no such problem. In Events, the error is not fixed in any way.

@hetmansoftware

The AOC U2790PQU monitor (4k 60 Hz operation mode) is a 4k monitor and an integrated video card, that's your problem.
