The I5 2320 processor is overheating, what should I do?
I have a system:
Intel Core I5 2320 processor not overclocked
Motherboard Asus B75M-Plus
16GB of RAM 4 DDR3 dies
Video card AMD Radeon HD 6850 (Barts)
Windows 7 installed The
processor began to overheat, at 60 percent or more load the temperature rises to 99 - 100 degrees, no more. At the same time, applications do not crash, the computer does not restart. Moreover, the radiator on the cooler remains slightly warm.
The processor starts to skip cycles at a temperature of 90 degrees.
After shedding the load, the temperature drops very quickly (from 97 degrees to 60 in less than 15 seconds)
The temperature at almost zero load fluctuates from 40 to 60 degrees

Thanks everyone, the problem has been fixed.
The previous cooler had a defective one of the 4 plastic studs because of this, it did not fit snugly against the processor cover. I replaced the cooler like this www.ulmart.ru/goods/715984 with screws, the temperature returned to normal. At 100% load above 61 did not rise.
If the percent is hot, but the radiator is not, you may have poor thermal contact between them. Remove, clean, smear with new good thermal paste.
