The hard drive produces a constant high frequency nasty sound. How to get rid?

Hello!
Patient ST1500DM003. He is 3 years old.
The sound in his ears is akin to being stunned and his ears are still ringing.
This sound is already giving me a headache.
The sound comes from the hard drive, I listened specially and when I cut off the power from it (I know that you can’t do this, I did it only 1 time) - the vile sound disappeared, and my headache disappeared. Then I turned off the computer, connected the power to the hard drive, turned on the computer - again this sound, of course, returned.
How to be? I found only one piece of advice on the Internet, saying that this is a sick hard drive, such only in the trash. Considering that it now costs about 8k rubles and works properly - it’s kind of a pity to throw it away
UPD: Since my hard drive is whistling now, burnt phone chargers or half-dead power supplies for computers usually whistle. This is the exact description of the sound I hear.

@Vyad

Is the disk properly secured? Gives vibration to the body?
(Change unequivocally, at one fine moment the head will die.)
