The gateway on a fryaha through a virtualka. What interface types to choose?
Good day to all! Installed FreeBSD 9.1 in VirtualBox, I want to make it as a gateway.
The scheme is as follows:
provider -> home router -> em0-em1 -> network
In VirtualBox, I made two interfaces, what connection types should I choose?
I chose a network bridge on em1 and em0, the host machine is pinging, how correct is this? I would be grateful for help with connection types.
And what interface to choose as external (em1 or em0)?
PS Strongly do not kick, if something is not right asked, one night just sat behind a fryakha%)

Bridges are needed. Do not forget to disable TCP and other services on the host (except for the VirtualBox packet filter, of course) on the physical connection to the provider.
