What command can be used to trace the local address of a computer that is sending a lot of traffic?

There is a server on FreeBSD, outgoing traffic is colossal under 65GB per day, using which command can you track the local address of the computer from which the large traffic is coming?

I usually use utilities:
iftop
trafshow
ifstat
tshark
But they need to be installed. On a bare system, they don't.
