What are the alternatives? It's just that recently, with an increase in the number of processes, it began to behave strangely, for example, I prescribe 20 instances of the process, and it starts 40, or 15.
It starts to give errors like this:

supervisorctl reread
error: , [Errno 2] No such file or directory: file: /usr/local/lib/python2.7/socket.py line: 228

Then after restart these errors go away. The administrator sees several times more processes than it is written in the config.
In general, I do not like this behavior at all.
