The file manager in modx does not load files. What could be the problem?

there is modx revo 2-5-2pl. I'm trying to upload files to the server through the admin panel. I choose a file. Loading in progress. Writes that the download is completed, but the files are not on the server. Tried different formats and file sizes. Checked system settings. Tried different browsers. There are no error.log errors. Even there is no idea where to dig.
