How to insert an anchor link in the main menu on MODX?

There was such a problem. There are 4 links to other pages in the main menu, but there is also one anchor link linking to the section.
Here is a structure

• index
  
• about
  
• contacts
  
• catalog
  
• index#how-buy
  

Who knows how to add a link with an anchor through PdoTools or in another way.
