The eternal question - which framework to choose?
Friends, I finally decided to start working with frameworks and would like to get advice from those who know, because on the Internet there are only srachas and holivars of reacts with angulars.
Where to begin? Are there any more or less functional, but at the same time with a low level of occurrence, perhaps not the most popular, but on which you can understand the basics of working with frameworks? Or maybe it's better not to waste your time and start with one of the most popular ones right away?
I will be grateful for the answers.

Yes, what is there to think - Vue.js
It is because of the available entry threshold.
Moreover, accessibility is there both in terms of understanding the functionality and in terms of infrastructure (no need to deploy a fucking environment with 10 transpilers - just connect one js file and write right away).
At the same time, Vue is not a rare or marginal solution, it is quite common in the wild, that is, the experience gained will not be purely academic.
If you don't know jQuery, take it.
Yes, he's old. But he pulled me out many times.
They gave me an order, I had to use Bootstrap 3 directly.
As a result, I rendered on the server through React, gave it to the client, and then jQuery + Bootstrap 3.
For me, this is the same JS, only shorter and faster.)
