"Documents" is just the English name for the "Documents" folder.
There is nothing wrong with the fact that the name has changed to English, unless of course you are a perfectionist.
Since the problem appeared after one of the updates, it could happen because there was some kind of error with this folder, and since English is the native language for Windows, in case of any error, for example, with creating a folder redirection for the new system, there will be it is used. Once upon a time there were even crooked updates that generally cleaned up this folder by mistake.
I also had this problem when I moved the folder location to another location. Perhaps Windows during the update for some reason affected these folders, and due to an error, one of them began to have an English name.
Well, now to the decision. RMB on the folder "Documents" -> Properties -> From above select "Location" -> Button "Find folder...". You will see the "Documents" folder itself. Just rename it whatever you want, in our case, as I understand it, it will be "Documents". Restart File Explorer via Task Manager.

UPD: In the properties, also click on the "Move ..." button and select the renamed folder. Thus, the explorer will change the redirect to this folder in the registry.
