How to disable context menu call via alt+space in Windows 10?

Hello. I tried to disable the context menu call through the alt + space key combination, but quickly gave up ...

Almost everyone advises downloading the program and disabling the key combination through it, but:
1. I will need both alt and space in games.
2. At the moment, I don’t use COMBINATION, because the menu is called not after simultaneously (or with a short interval) pressing these keys, but in principle - after pressing alt - the focus in the OS goes to the context menu, that is - once pressed and that's it, we've arrived... This greatly interferes with work and wielding viola and space.
3. I don’t want to install some programs on the PC, every time I start it or do it automatically, and in general.

Found advice on disabling through the registry:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced
I create an "expandable string parameter" - "DisableHotKeys" (although I think the name does not matter) - then I specify the desired keys in the "value" field. But the trouble is that everything is not so simple there and you need to specify some specific names for these keys, that is, judging by the article ... I'd better quote:

Now, if we want to block the Windows+R, Windows+E hotkey combinations and Windows+Home, you need to enter the RE$ value in the DisabledHotKeys string parameter.

That is, what should I enter in the "value" field? AS - alt+space ? All this is misleading.

And will it work and hurt me in other applications and games in which I constantly have to use both alt and space, and at intervals and at the same time, with both pressing and long clamping? Maybe there is some simple way to disable the call of the menu itself, without picking the registry with unpredictable consequences for life?

And it seems that the space itself does not play a role and you need to disable the focus on the menu after pressing alt. How can I do that?
