The device does not see satellites, what should I do?

Hello. There is a trimble NetR9 Ti-3 station that receives satellite signals via the ZEPHYR GEODETIC 2 antenna (RINEX name is TRM5791.00). The antenna is installed outdoors on the roof and is connected by an armored cable.
There were problems, sometimes in a chaotic time all the satellites on the antenna began to disappear, then after a day or two or half a day they reappear. Sometimes there are no satellites for a week or more. The cable breaks are not visually visible. Rebooting devices doesn't help.
We noticed a nuance that equipment from an unknown operator appeared on our mast where the antenna was fixed. This is an omnidirectional Wi-Fi antenna
They usually unite offices and for Internet access. As it turned out later from the operator himself, it operates at a frequency of 2.4 GHz. The question is whether there could be a problem with receiving satellites in this antenna, because it turns out that on our mast with an antenna somewhere in the distance, look at the second same antenna, and sends its signals in our direction at 2.4 GHz (both of these wi-fi points are also receiving and transmitters).
It’s just that we think, because the satellite signal operates at a frequency of 1.1 GHz - 1.6 GHz, and wi-fi points at 2.4 GHz and in theory they should not interfere with each other, but in fact it’s not clear how.
The equipment is far away, a tower is needed to dismantle its junk, so we are wondering what could be the matter, and where to dig ...

You think wrong, because this equipment from such a distance can cause an elementary overload of the input of your receiver, with a very long beard of lower harmonics, despite even a band-pass filter, which, most likely, is present at the input. Look for the person with the spectrum analyzer, see what happens.
Also, you can carefully look at the raw data from the receiver (do you have anything to record with RINEX?) - you will probably see a very short moment of SNR deterioration there.

The GPS signal is delicate, anything can suppress it, we faced the problem that it was greatly interfered with by the power overhead line. so eliminate the factor of this new antenna in the first place.
harmonics is
a whole branch of radio engineering - electromagnetic compatibility. deals with just these issues.
