A call comes in, this lead needs to be delegated to one of their managers, I usually go into a business process where the system prompts me to choose a direction and a link is given and I choose, for example, a bakery, etc. Now the system says choose a direction, but itself the link is missing / does not work, and in this case it turns out that I cannot delegate the business process, which means it remains on me.
What's wrong, how to fix it?
