Adobe says it's not on my computer. I downloaded the font myself in Avacode, but it still can't be read. What to do in this case? Write to the customer or you need to somehow install fonts on your computer yourself

If editing is not required, ask the customer to translate everything into curves.
If editing is required - request a font / find a font and install it on your computer
IMPORTANT. When installing the font, there may be a mismatch between the font versions and the text may "go", it is better to ask for an additional preview in jpg or pdf
