The customer transferred the money, but they still have not arrived - how to find out the status of the transfer?
So it goes.
Finished the work, the customer transferred the coins, sent a screen that he had sent, but there was no money for half a day.
Previously, he sent coins and they almost instantly came.
Now I asked for detailed account details - maybe because the amount is more than usual, I don’t understand much.
In general, there have never been troubles with Sberbank transfers.
What could it be - some kind of delay in the system or the customer was cunning?

Just the same, Sberbank has such troubles. In general, a transfer to any bank can take up to 5 days, but this is very very very rare. I have never personally met such a person. The maximum was 2 days for savings and then a couple of times in my life, and for alpha bank there were no problems at all, always no longer than a second.
If you doubt that the customer could deceive you, then ask the customer to tell you the transaction number, then call the bank and say so and so and call the transaction number and you will already be told for sure whether there was a transfer or not at all. And in order not to offend the customer with distrust, tell him that you want to call the bank and find out by the transaction number whether they will process it soon.
Transfer within the bank instantly
Transfer from card to card or from interbank up to three business days
