An alternative to the AlfaBank card for instant withdrawal of Yandex.Money, WebMoney and Qiwi Wallet?

Friends, the debit card from Alpha is expiring. Remembering all those shoals in service, I decided to change the service bank, as it is not tied to salary projects and so on. The necessary card (preferably with free issue and maintenance) for withdrawing Yandex.Money and WebMoney to it.

Commission-free cash withdrawal from the card is not a determining factor in choosing a bank.

Advise something?

Try Yandex Map. The issue is free, only the postage for sending the card needs to be paid and that's it, you can also link it to WebMoney and withdraw money from WebMoney to it. The card account is your Yandex money account.

Have you tried Svyaznoy Bank ?
There seems to be a lot of good stuff in there. From 1000 rubles at an ATM of any bank in the Russian Federation without interest and so on.

If the main jamb is that the card is blocked when used abroad, then this is not a bug but a poorly documented feature.
So that the card is not blocked, it is necessary to call the bank before the trip and warn where you will be. Especially often they block cards that are shown without warning in poor countries with high crime.
Just call their call center and say that you are going there and do not want your card to be blocked.
And free release and maintenance - Svyaznoy used to have it, now, as far as I know, no one has it. But for most, this cost is cheap.

Which is what I advise you. They quickly issued and made it, plus there are still bonus points that can be exchanged for train tickets.
