The customer is a very adequate person, he pays for the work, but here’s the problem: it’s not the first order he has completed, but after completion he gives a minor revision for 5 minutes, it’s really for 5 minutes, I do it, then he writes this minor revision please do it and so on, it seems that he has all the improvements written and he deliberately does not write everything at once, because after completing one, he immediately writes another and it is constantly assumed that it is the last one. After all, writing a list of improvements, I'll write the amount of payment for them. How to wean him from this habit and so that he pays for all the improvements?

Did it before.
Took payment in advance. 1 hour - 1000 rubles (10 hours - 9000 rubles, discount type). Conducted time control, then provided the client with a time report. One task could take 3 minutes and 5-10.
Some paid immediately for 10 hours or more and spent it for several months.
Now the minimum time is 15 minutes per task. 1 letter - 1 task. Also, a monthly report on tasks is kept. Invoicing at the end of the month.
In general, there is a label "Urgent", I directly asked to indicate it in the subject of the letter. This task was done first. Non-urgent orders are completed within 24 hours.
Communication with the client only through mail or by phone (in rare cases). After a telephone conversation, creating a task in CRM with notification to me and the client. Upon completion of the task, notify me and the client about the completed task.
If a letter arrives, set the task to semi-automatic. In CRM, I chose only a letter and the task was set

Usually this is for the first contact of the client, piece by piece, i.e. for 25%, etc. I immediately stipulate to the customer that if you suddenly find a mismatch (blunder) in his brain, like why is it blue, I wanted mother-of-pearl, and you said blue, and when we chose the colors (for example, stage 3 (75%)), then you pay for as many stages as it was before, i.е. in this case +25%.
If the client is verified, then I also make discounts through photo printing services and other things, I am a regular client and in my name, every week 5-7 orders worth 100+$. I hint to a person that I am a poor freelancer and that I was distracted by his order, because I want my work to be flawless (I really keep the quality mark on top, often not in my favor and not in favor of the client (I choose the best print services in which I am sure of Over 200%)), and that next time, his order for edits will be in the queue like everyone else. Usually then I get bonuses on average from 10-25%. If you mean really tough editing, then, well, sorry, you have to pay 100%.

After the prepared list in Trello, I simply name the entire amount for edits (there, in each card separately, you can write the price tag. And then sum it up).
