The computer turns off for 10-15 minutes, what should I do?

The other day, the computer turned off after a couple of minutes of playing warzone at maximum speed, this began to repeat when launching demanding games and even just when they were unpaused (literally after a fraction of a second). The last time it didn’t turn on for about 15 minutes, even the LEDs on the motherboard didn’t light up (everything is fine after turning it on). Also, the computer turned off immediately after running the AIDA64 stress test. Specs: Ryzen 5 3500x, GTX 1650, 16gb ram, A320M-K, old 350v PSU and old 500gb hard drive. Collected in the spring of this year from new components. Who fumbles, tell me, do you just need to buy a new power supply unit or is the problem something else?

update: it turns off just when you try to start the game
Tell me, which bp is the most reliable up to 3k rubles?

@Rsa97

Most likely, the capacitors in the power supply have dried up / swollen and it does not pull the load.

Buy a 500+W thermaltek power supply for at least 80 plus bronze. The problem will be solved
