The computer refuses to go to sleep, how to fix it?
Good afternoon. I ran into a very annoying problem. The system flatly refuses to suspend: I press suspend and see a black screen, while the system unit does not stop working. If you move the mouse or press something on the keyboard, the screen immediately turns on, but after that, for some reason, the network drops (ifconfig does not show the eth0 interface at all)
Now I have BunsenLabs Linux (which is based on Debian 8). Before that was Xubuntu 14.04. Xubuntu had the same problem, but I thought it was an xfce glitch, of which there were already enough.
But on Debian 7 and ArchLinux there were no such problems.
For some reason I suspect the driver from Nvidia, I don’t know why, but I don’t have anything third-party installed anymore (well, except for SublimeText3, Atom.io and Google Chrome)
Yes, by the way, the system goes into hibernation without problems, but the suspension works faster and suits me better.
