The computer randomly restarts, what should I do?

The computer freezes for a second, then reboots.
Most often this happens when watching a video in a browser, it also happens during normal PC use.
Temperature is normal. Under load, it does not appear, I tested it with furmark and cinebench at the same time - it does not reboot. Firewood for vidyuhi rearranged - did not help.
Tell me where to dig?
My setup:
ryzen 1700
gtx 650ti
16gb ddr4 (2x8)
gigabayte b350

@Oxyd

Start with memory. Run memtest.

RAM option.
Try to work with 1 bar first in turn.
Then without a video card, if there is a built-in one.
If it still reboots, you need to install another power supply to check.
Also check if there are swollen capacitors on the motherboard

Maybe the PSU is faulty, or maybe the memory, there are a lot of options. As for me, it is best to throw it to the diagnostician in order to understand for sure

The type and version of the OS is not indicated in the question, but if it was a furmark and cinebench, then this is Windows.
Go to Control Panel -> System -> Advanced System Settings -> Advanced tab -> Startup and Recovery , uncheck "Perform automatic restart" and check "Log event to system log". Don't touch the memory dump. After that, wait for the next reboot.
First, you need to find out if a BSOD will appear and what error number will be written on it. If I'm not mistaken, by default in Win10 the display of the error number is disabled. How to enable it is indicated, for example, here . Second, after the reboot, go toControl Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Computer Management -> Event Viewer -> Windows Logs -> System and see what error(s) occurred just before the reboot. This will give food for further thought.
