The computer on the home network is defined as a multimedia device, how to return a normal network connection?

The problem arose after the last major update of Windows 10. Before that, the same computer with the same settings was seen on the network as a computer on the network, the printer connected to it could be shared (not now). In total, there are two computers with Win10 in the home network, with both the same trouble. But they ping each other normally.
Now only the third computer, with Windows 7, is normally visible on the network from these computers, and from it these two with the "ten" are normally detected, and the disks and folders shared in them are available. And in the opposite direction, communication with this third one also becomes possible, but only after starting network diagnostics. Thus, in order to transfer something from Win10 to Win10, you have to use this third one as a "transfer station" (well, or a flash drive). It's wildly inconvenient.
Tried disabling firewalls - didn't help. By the way, after these updates, they work in enhanced security mode, and I understand that this mode is now the default mode.
Googling the problem did little, except that it turned out that this problem is massive. Of the solutions, only disabling SMB was found ( here ), but I would not want to follow such a strange path. I would also not want to roll back this update - I still understand the benefits of them. Maybe just wait until the decision comes from MS?
