I can not understand through which DNS requests are processed?

Good day. A TP-LINK TD8840T ADSL router is installed, but the problem is that the Internet periodically disappears and the DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NO_INTERNET error occurs in the browser, as a result of which the sites do not open, but messengers, radio, etc. work fine. Problems arise if a lot of DNS requests come from me (especially when the Chatroulette website is running). I tried to register in the DNS connection from Google, but this did not solve the problem. I went into the modem settings and saw that the provider's DNS addresses were already registered there and I don't know how to change them. I can’t understand through which server DNS queries are processed: those that are on my computer or in the router? I am attaching a screenshot of the connection status:
At the time of the disappearance, 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 do not ping or ping with 50% loss.

Use wireshark to check from which address the answer to your DNS request comes from. As an option, disable the caching DNS proxy on the router (they are often there). With some probability, some of the addresses are blacklisted by Roskomnadzor, and the provider uses DNS spoofing to block, as a result, it cuts DNS responses. At the same time, you can see what exactly chatroulette sends, whether there is a hidden channel for transmitting information from your PC through DNS queries.
