The computer had a RAM DDR3 2 GB 1600 MHz (1.65 V) - 2 pcs. Added DDR3 2 GB 1333 MHz ( 1.5 V ) - 2 pcs. Why doesn't it start?

With the old pair, it works, with the new pair, it works. Jointly no.

1. Insert the old pair.
2. Force the BIOS to 1333 MHz.
3. Insert an additional new pair.
Everything.
Before each step, the PC must be turned off, of course.

1. Inserted an old pair.
2. I forced the frequency to 1333 MHz in the BIOS.
3. Inserted an additional new pair.
4. I set the voltage to 1.7 V. It does
not start.
I set the voltage to 1.7 V because the bar indicates a voltage of 1.65 V.
