The computer does not start with additional RAM. What could be the reason?

There are 4 RAM modules. 3 kingston, 1 patriot. All have a frequency of 1333.2 GB.

The computer turns on with only three. In any combination, in any nest. When installing the fourth, only the cooler and the black screen make noise. Also, at first, when turned on with 4 modules, there were short beeps (it seems, about 23), then they disappeared.

What can be wrong?

Because of Intel chipset limitation, please use single-side memory module if four memory modules are to be installed.

If you have modules with chips on both sides of the bar, then four modules may not work at the same time due to the chipset limitation.
