When the PC boots up, the Microsoft logo is displayed and does not boot further, how to solve this problem?

Good afternoon everyone. Good people, can you help me to solve this problem.
Hardware:
Motherboard: MicroStar MS-7525 ver. 1.0, socket - 775;
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo E7400, 2.8 GHz;
RAM: DDR2-400 two bars of 2 GHz.
In order, what happened:
1. When the PC boots, the Microsoft logo is displayed and then it does not boot;
2. Acronis (tried to restore the system through a cast) and Ubuntu (I wanted to at least see what software is worth) are loaded until a certain point and the PC stops reading the disk and, therefore, hangs, and at each boot the disks stop being read and the PC hangs at different times .
What I did:
1. Checked (Hiren`s Boot CD 15.2) RAM and hard drive for errors, everything is fine;
2. Changed the DVD drive, RAM, processor and SATA cables, nothing helps.

You need to look at the motherboard: are there swollen capacitors there?
The iron is old, the symptoms are standard.

I would venture to suggest overheating of any part on the motherboard.

Is there access to the disk from a bootable USB flash drive? What is the smart disk, including the temperature?

Hey!
Does the problem persist if you boot the machine in safe mode?
