The computer does not pass the post?

Good afternoon, there is a miracle computer with the following characteristics:

  • MOTHER Asus M4A79T Deluxe
  • STONE HexaCore AMD Phenom II X6 1075T, 3500 MHz
  • RAM DIMM1 : Kingston 99U5474-028.A00LF 4 GB DDR3-1333 DDR3 SDRAM (9-9-9-24 @ 666 MHz) (8-8-8-22 @ 609 MHz) (7-7-7-20 @ 533 MHz) (6-6-6-17 @ 457 MHz)
    DIMM2: Kingston 99U5474-028.A00LF 4 GB DDR3-1333 DDR3 SDRAM (9-9-9-24 @ 666 MHz) (8-8-8-22 @ 609 MHz) (7-7-7-20 @ 533 MHz) (6-6-6-17 @ 457 MHz)
    DIMM3: 1 GB DDR3-1333 DDR3 SDRAM (9-9-9-24 @ 666 MHz) (8 -8-8-22 @ 592MHz) (6-6-6-16 @ 444MHz)
    DIMM4: 1GB DDR3-1333 DDR3 SDRAM (9-9-9-24 @ 666MHz) (8-8-8- 22 @ 592 MHz) (6-6-6-16 @ 444 MHz)
  • CHIPSET AMD 790FX, AMD K10
  • VIDYAKHA AMD Radeon HD 5750
  • HDD Solid State KINGSTON SV300S37A120G ATA Device (120 GB, SATA-III) and regular ST3500312CS ATA Device (500 GB, 5900 RPM, SATA-II)
  • BIOS American Megatrends Inc.3303

Miracles happen to him, namely: when turned on, he does not pass the fast, i.e. the fan just spins and that's it, it can be fixed by resetting the BIOS with a jumper or removing the battery for 30 seconds. As a result, after that the computer may be overloaded or turned off, but it will start normally. In the evening, the employee turns it off and goes home, in the morning the same song, it turns on but the post does not go through. I changed the bios, changed the battery, tried to turn off the devices one by one to find out what was preventing me from going through the post, but even then miracles. I turned off the usual railway one by one - nothing, turned off the solid-state one - the computer started up. I connected the solid state again - it turned on, I connected the usual one - it turned on. What could it be???

Anything can be. For example, lousy power or swollen capacitors. If POST fails, try a POST card.

Wipe the RAM contact track with a regular eraser, if it doesn't help, run Memtest.
