How can I overclock this processor?

There is a PC:
Gigabyte B560M H
I5 10400F
I know that with the 500th line of shteld chipsets, you can overclock processors and memory even on budget H and B chipsets. But! My processor is not KF, but just F. How then in AIDA64 CPU Multiplier is 32 and not 29? I just tried to put a couple of values higher than the Core Ratio.

Not overclockable percent. So it's best to leave it as it is.

Only new 12th generation processors without the K prefix on top motherboards are overclocked, and only via the bus. You can watch it on YouTube on Derbauer's channel. On H and B chipsets, only RAM.
