The computer after entering the domain did not appear in AD. How is that?

Hello. Now I don't really understand what happened.
I installed Windows on a monoblock via WDS. The computer booted up, I entered it into the domain with my hands. Everything works, I log in with my domain account. I went into Active Directory, I look - and there is nowhere this computer is in any OU, it is not found by search either.

I didn’t understand something, how can it be that a computer feels great as part of a domain, but it doesn’t exist in AD.

KD one? Maybe the computer registered on one, and the view is from the other. Then it is quite possible that the records have not yet been updated. There was somehow a glitch that the default management snap-in was connected to the RODC of another branch
