How to solve the problem with initial CD replication?

Domain level 2008. Tried to create an additional cd with a global catalog. After adding the role, the new cd tried to replicate with the dead cd via an automatically created inter-site link (it was not deleted, for a number of reasons) and, accordingly, it was not available at that moment. After that, I moved the new cd to another site, deleted the automatically created connection with the dead cd, replication failed. Tried to start repadmin'om replication. Now there is event 1203 in the log on new cd :
"The directory service cannot replicate the following object from the original directory service at the following network address due to differences in the Active Directory Domain Services schema......
Before attempting to synchronize the next DS directory partition Active Directory will attempt to synchronize the schema.
Directory Partition:
...."
The DCDIAG utility displays one of the following messages when checking:
"Starting Check: Advertising
Warning: The directory service at ... did not complete the initial
synchronization.
Other services will be delayed.
Make sure the server can replicate."
Can anyone tell me what can be done to solve the problem of initial replication?

Make a blood pressure cleaning from the killed controller according to the official microsoft docks.
Everything should work after that.
