Displaying Cyrillic AD logins in squid's log?

Good afternoon, colleagues.
Need your advice. Or a kick in the right direction.
There is a proxy server based on Linux + Squid + Sarg. LDAP authorization (AD) is configured in squid. In AD, users with Russian logins, in squid they log in normally. But in squid logs I get logins like "%d0%bd", i.e. URI.
LDAP is also configured in sarg (also on AD). When building sarg statistics birches from AD, use the displayName attribute as the username. In sarg, too, all Russian letters in the URI.
Does anyone have a working solution for this issue? Those. so that normal (Cyrillic) logins are displayed in squid's logs and sarg's statistics.
Or maybe someone knows how to force (if possible) squid to pass its output through an external parser (for example, a perl / python / bash script) before writing to the log?
Thanks in advance.
PS: At worst, it would be possible (if possible) to write to the logs not data from the sAMAccountName attribute, but from the mail attribute ...

Cyrillic logins are possible, but highly undesirable. It is very bad practice to use non-Latin characters in logins.
A large number of software is very negative about this.
If I were you, I'd get rid of it as soon as possible.
