The Comet launcher has been installed and is not being deleted, why?

The launch of the Comet was established with some kind of program, I don’t remember when I deleted it, it always comes out like this! How to fix?

Try sfc /scannow first, if that doesn't work then dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth and dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth. Severe and reliable method.
