The collapse of the system. What to do?

After removing Python2.7 (sudo apt-get remove python2.7) and trying to install the requests and pip libraries, the terminal reset the settings for some reason, and after sudo reboot, the left and top panels (with the clock, with program icons) disappeared, not all the keys work, the Russian layout is gone, the window menus are not available, alt + tab - zero attention.

Look in the logs for errors.
Alternatively, you can try to fix the dependencies and update the system:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get -f install
sudo apt-get upgrade
