How to record ubuntu screen video with microphone and speakers (or headphones) sound?
Tried several programs: SimpleScreenRecorder, RecordMyDesktop, Vokoscreen. Videos are written without problems, and the sound is either from the speakers or from the microphone, playing with the settings. Tried also OBS. a hulk with a bunch of everything but it really didn’t work out well. Then I came across kazam screencaster, what I need does perfectly. But here's some kind of trouble with her: the settings live their own lives, they fly by 17% by themselves, the folder flies to the video (you can still put up with this), not a sound or a voice is heard. Recording a rally is risky, you can record it without sound. Is there a way to make sure the settings don't get messed up? Or maybe someone will advise a normal program for recording video and all sounds.

Learn OBS.
Many settings can be left untouched.
Trivial scene screen+microphone+speakers is created in 5 minutes*.
And as needed, you will get the opportunity to use sound filters, control over the encoder, change scenes.
*There may be problems with Wayland, but any software will have them for now.
Here, either OBS, or write a screen + speakers (SimpleScreenRecorder) and a microphone (Audacity) separately, which, in my opinion, is better - you can filter the voice a little without touching the audio track of the speakers, and then mute the unnecessary system sound.
But yes, OBS is a good solution to the situation and it will be useful to study it.
