And what do you want to hear from the community?
- Take it, then the old customer will appear, you will not sleep for days, making two orders.
- Do not take it, you will wait for the weather by the sea, you will be left without orders and money.

Do you also ask permission to go to the toilet?

The customer may be in a hospital or the like.
Quite a good reason.
But on the other hand, you need to eat every day, and not every other day.
I would take another.
Warn in writing - that due to the lack of answers, you have taken on another project and that when the customer decides to continue, he will have to wait a long time until you finish.
When the customer returns, show him your letters. What did he write.

Naturally, take a new one. I don't think he pays you for downtime.

Take the second order calmly, and write to him if he doesn’t answer by the end of the day - you refuse to continue doing it. And those 25% will be your payment for the layout.
