The choice of nettop with passive cooling as a replacement for a stationary PC. Where to look?
Good afternoon dear ones. Recently, instead of an old Acer laptop, I bought a Huawei tablet and I never cease to rejoice at the silence that has come. Gradually, the stationary computer fell into disrepair (morally obsolete and partially out of order) and I decided to choose a new one, but preferably smaller and quieter. I recently read a review of the Foxconn nettop and realized that there is hope to find what I am looking for. There is a similar model with an i7 processor, but the presence of coolers is not encouraging, even if they are not that noisy, it's a matter of principle. I found a good solution - a small, silent, i7, you can choose different configurations for every taste and budget (from $ 699 basic equipment), but we will have nowhere to buy it from us, and it's scary to order from abroad after recent unsuccessful experiments.
Of all the tasks that a computer will solve, the most difficult is the infrequent construction of 3D models in 3D MAX, Autocad, Compass, and even less often toys. "Why then such demands?" - you ask, yes, because I take a computer for the future, so that I can take it and not think for several years - whether the task will succeed or not, it will pull it out / will not pull it out. And silent - because the buzzing of coolers takes me out of moral balance and interferes with the creative process.
Maybe someone solved a similar problem? I will be glad to any suggestions and constructive criticism.

A self-assembly computer on passive cooling is also quite possible.
For a processor with a TDP of about 45W, you can make passive cooling based on a large and heavy cooler. Motherboards with passive cooling are also sold. If the computer is planned to be of low power, then PicoPSU can be taken as a PSU, some models pull up to 200W.
Now nettops are actively promoted by Intel with its Intel NUC . Similarly, Gigabyte is moving its BRIX line .
Other vendors also make nettops, but they update hardware less frequently and the models are more piecemeal (expensive).
But with the latest games there will be difficulties, since Haswell's IGP is not bad, but fancy games at maximum quality will not pull.
