Essence of the question:
There is an SMS card, you need to receive SMS on a PC with the help of minimal means. As I understand it, you need a gsm module for this ... But what I found costs about 3k ... Support for several SIM cards will be a plus.

buy any universal 3g modem, they are not so expensive at 1200r, keep within if you take a connected modem, there are cheaper ones in the Euroset, but they don’t work on all OSes
