Disable touch screen on laptop when closing the lid?

I bought an Asus Vivobook and it has one unpleasant feature, when you connect a TV to a laptop and close the lid, the backlight turns off, but there is no touch screen, moreover, the keyboard buttons on the touch screen cause a bunch of false positives, you have to keep the laptop open even after connecting to TV, and this one is very convenient. I don’t want to completely turn off the touch screen through the list of devices, because my wife actively uses it, but it would be great if I could put an event on closing the lid - turning off the touch screen.

It is worth trying to enable the “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power” option in all USB Root Hubs in the Device manager (or enable it on a specific ID, if it is known that it is responsible for the touchscreen).
