The choice of equipment for the office network. What to choose?

We have:
1 Asterisk + GSM gateway AddPac gateway for two channels
2 sip phones
20 computers and network devices (check printers, etc.)
1 video surveillance server (there is a separate switch for cameras)
You need to build a local network with 2 VLANs. The choice fell on the following equipment:
1. Router MikroTik RB2011UiAS-2HnD-IN for the Internet
2. Managed switch QTECH QSW-2800-28T-AC
I did not work with kutecs before. how are they in terms of quality and reliability. Or is it better to pay extra and take Cisco unmanaged, and organize all VLAN settings on MikroTik?

I would take HP ProCurve as a switch. For example like this .
In general, as nApoBo3 wrote above , if you don’t need a lot of ports, I would take one Mikrotik CRS125-24G - it’s both a switch and a router in one bottle.

What's not to love about ubicuti as a switch... and even with poe?

Cisco sg300, not expensive and pretty decent.

1. I would wait for RB3011 (will be released in Q3 2015)
2. It's better to take d-link des-1210-28/me b2 - at least the providers have tested it. well, or just mikrotik's switch. qtech - raw kapets.

In general, I settled on Mikrotik equipment. Thanks everyone for the advice.
